دراسة سلوك انتشار المفترس الأكاروسيPhytoseiulus persimilis Athias- Henroit على الفريز في الزراعة المحمية
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة خلال الموسمين الزراعيين 2005-2006 و2006-2007، ضمن مركز اللاذقية لتربية الأعداء الحيوية، وتطبيقاتها على نباتات فريز مزروعة ضمن بيت بلاستيكي. معداة بالأكاروس العنكبوتي ذي البقعتين Tetranychus urticae Koch، كما تم نشر المفترس الأكاروسي
Athias- Henroit Phytoseiulus persimilis، على النباتات كطريقة من طرق المكافحة الحيوية للسيطرة على T. urticae. إضافة إلى رصد قدرة هذا المفترس على الانتشار والبحث عن فريسته لدى تجويعه.
أظهرت النتائج قدرة المفترس الأكاروسي P. persimilis على الانتشار والانتقال، للوصول إلى فريسته، كما تبين أن زمن الانتقال عند التجويع يرتبط بدرجة التجويع في حال ثبتت المسافة التي تفصله عن فريسته. قادت جملة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها خلال هذا البحث، إلى إثبات مدى كفاءة المفترس في السيطرة على فريسته وفي خفض الكثافة العددية لمجتمعاتها بعد أربعة أسابيع من وصوله إليها.
The study was carried out at a greenhouse in Lattakia center for rearing natural enemies, during 2005-2006 and 2006-2007, on strawberry plants infected with the spider mite Tetranychus urticae Koch, using the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias- Henroit, as a biological control agent, to know its efficacy to dispersal and search for its prey, after starving.
Results showed the efficacy of this predatory mite to dispersal. They also showed that the time it took depended on the extent of starving. Results also indicated the efficacy of the predatory mite (after four weeks) in controlling the prey and reducing its population density.
