عزل وتعريف النوع Ampelomyces quisqualisCes. ( Deuteromycetes: Sphaeropsidales) المتطفّل على فطور البياض الدقيقيّ Erysiphaceae وتحديد تأثير بعض أوساط الاستنبات في نموّه.
Abstract
يتطفّل النوع Ampelomyces quisqualis Ces. بشكل طبيعي على فطور البياض الدقيقي. تمّ عزل هذا النوع عن فطر البياض الدقيقي Erysiphe convolvuli DC., المتطفلّ على المدّيدة Convolvulus arvensis L. في الساحل السوري، واستنباته على أوساط استنبات مختلفة. بلغ متوسط قطر النمو للفطر 1.009 ± 0.154 مم/يوم على وسط الاستنبات PDA و 0.210 ± 0.006 مم/يوم على وسط الاستنبات CZA. بلغ متوسط عدد الأجواف البكنيدية المتشكّلة على وسط الاستنبات PDA 107.421 ± 17.730 جوفاً في الساحة المجهرية × 10 ، بينما انخفض العدد إلى 62.473 ± 26.007 جوفاً على الوسط MEA. بلغ متوسط عدد الأبواغ الكونيدية المتشكلة في الجوف البكنيدي الواحد 1500 بوغة على الوسط PDA و 1281.25 بوغة على الوسط MEA. بلغ متوسط أبعاد الجوف البكنيدي 79.085 ± 26.387 × 73.285 ± 23.922 ميكروناً على الوسط CZA و 118.387 ± 26.676 × 113.575 ± 26.565 ميكروناً على الوسط PDA.
This study shows that 13 botanic species of Rosaceae are infected with 6 species of powdery mildew (Erysiphaceae) in different regions of the Syrian coast. These fungi are prevalent in conidial stage only at sea level and up to 450m high, whereas they show up in conidial and cliestothecial stages from 450m to 1100m high. The results show that Rosa chinensis Jacq. is Infected with Sphaerotheca pannosa (Wallr:Fr.) Lev. and Podosphaera tridactyla (Wallr.) de Bary,Abh. species. Infection Percentage intensity in Rosaceae plants is different and has reached its highest value in Rosa tomentosa Sm. /5/, Whereas it is low in Malus sylvestris Mill. and Crataegus azazolus L. and has decreased to /2/.
