دراسة مخبرية لرد فعل بعض أصناف الفليفلة وطُرزها الوراثية للإصابة بعزلتين محليتين لفيروس موزاييك الخيار
Abstract
أشارت نتائج العدوى الصناعية بعزلتين محليتين لفيروس موزاييك الخيار في بعض الأصول الوراثية للفليفلة وبعض أصنافها إلى تباين كبير في نوع أعراض الإصابة وموعد تكشّفها, ولم يُظهر أيّاً منها أعراضاً موضعية على الأوراق المُلقحة, وتمثّلت الأعراض الثانويّة بالموزاييك, التقزم, تشوه الأوراق, ورباط الحذاء/أوراق خيطية. وجاءت الأعراض التي سببتها العزلة الأولى المأخوذة من نبات فليفله مُصاب طبيعيّاً بالفيروس أكثر شراسة على معظم نباتات التجربة من العزلة الثانية المأخوذة من نبات فول.
أظهرت النباتات المعدية بالعزلة الأولى أعراض موزاييك وتشوه أوراق, بينما ظهرت فقط على الأصلين الوراثيين 10956 و 12014 أوراق خيطية شبيهة بتلك التي ظهرت على النبات الذي أخذت منه العزلة. بينما أظهرت النباتات المعدية بالعزلة الثانية أعراضاً شبيهة تماماً بالأعراض التي ظهرت على النباتات التي أخذت منها العزلة. أبدى المدخل Am1 والطراز الوراثي 12000 مقاومة ظاهرية لعزلتي الفيروس المستخدمتين في العدوى.
Results of sap inoculation of some pepper varieties and genotypes with two local isolates of cucumber mosaic cucumovirus showed variation in symptoms type and appearance time. Symptoms of local lesions have not shown in inoculated leaves, and secondary symptoms were: mosaic, stunting, leaf malformation and shoe string leaf. Symptoms caused by first isolate taken from naturally infected pepper plant was more aggressive on most evaluated plants than the symptoms caused by the second isolate taken from laboratory infected faba bean plant. Plants inoculated with first isolate showed mosaic and malformed leaves; and shoe string leaf only on genotypes 10956 and 12014. The accession Am1 and the genotype 12000 showed an apparent resistance to individual inoculation with both isolates.
