دراسة توزع العوالق النباتية( phytoplankton) في مياه حوض سد الصوراني تحت تأثير بعض العوامل البيئية
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العوالق النباتية الموجودة في مياه حوض سد الصوراني ، بالإضافة إلى دراسة بعض العوامل البيئية المؤثرة على توزع هذه الكائنات (حرارة ,NO2, NO3, pH PO4, NH4, D.O, )، تم جمع العينات من مواقع مختلفة من حوض السد خلال الفترة الممتدة من تشرين الأول 2005 حتى تموز 2007 وبمعدل مرة إلى مرتين شهرياً ، تم التعرف على (151) نوعاً من العوالق النباتية وزعت كما يلي: (61) نوعاً تتبع لشعبة الطحالب الذهبية Chrysophyta منها (60 ) نوعاً تتبع لصف المشطورات Diatomophyceae،
50 نوعاً من الطحالب الخضراء Chlorophyta، و(27) نوعاً من الطحالب الزرقاء Cyanophyta،
و(5) أنواع من الطحالب النارية Pyrrhophyta، و(8) أنواع من الأوغلينات Euglenophyta.
كما بينت الدراسة تغيرات واضحة في الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية لمياه حوض السد خلال فترة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى تغيرات في الغزارة الكلية للعوالق النباتية تراوحت بين 16928 فرد / ل – 271475 فرد / ل .
نشير هنا إلى أن هذه الدراسة هي الأولى على مياه حوض سد الصوراني .
This research aims to be acquainted with the phytoplankton present in the water of Sorani Dam basin, in addition to studying some environmental factors that affect the distribution of these organisms ( heat, D.O, pH, NO3, NO2 , NH4, PO4). Samples have been collected from different regions of the dam basin frm October 2005 un to July 2007, in an average of once to twice a month, (151) species of phytoplankton were identified distributed as: 61 species belonging to Chrysophyta, (60) Species of Diatomophyceae, (50) Species of chlorophyta, (27) Species of cyanophta, 5 Species of pyrrhophyta, and 8 Species of Euglenophyta. The results showed clear changes in physical and chemical qualities of water through the period of research, in addition to changes in the total abundance of the phytoplankton, ranged between 16928 ind / L – 271475 ind / L. This study is the first one on the water of Sorani dam basin.
