تقييم بعض المواصفات الكمية للطرز الوراثية للذرة الصفراء وأهميتها في برامج تربية النبات
Abstract
نفذت الدراسة في مركز البحوث العلمية الزراعية بدير الزور التابع للهيئة العامة للبحوث العلمية الزراعية خلال الموسم 2007, حيث زرع 20 طراز وراثي للذرة الصفراء إضافة إلى صنفين محليين معتمدين: غوطة1 وغوطة82 بتصميم قطاعات عشوائية كاملة RCBD. تم تقييم الصفات الكمية المرتبطة مباشرة بالغلة, وقد بينت النتائج من خلال المقارنة بين الطرز الوراثية المدروسة أن الطرز الوراثية درعا، ادلب وحماه تفوقت بمعنوية على الصنف غوطة1 بصفتي عدد الصفوف/العرنوس وعدد الحبوب/العرنوس, وتفوقت الطرز الوراثية الرقة1 والحسكة معنوياً على الصنف غوطة1 بصفة عدد الصفوف/العرنوس، وتفوق الطراز الوراثي الغاب بمعنوية على الصنف غوطة82 بوزن الألف حبة, كما تفوق الطراز الوراثي حمص3 بمعنوية على الصنفين غوطة1 وغوطة82 بوزن الألف حبة. أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقات ارتباط إيجابية ومعنوية بين بعض الصفات المدروسة وتبين من خلال دراسة الانحدار أن برامج التربية لزيادة عدد الحبوب بالعرنوس ستؤدي إلى زيادة بوزن الحبوب بالعرنوس بنسبة53 %.
This study was conducted at Deir Ezzor Research Center of the General Commission for Scientific Agricultural Research in 2007. Twenty genotypes and two cultivated local varieties Ghouta1, Ghouta82 were planted in (RCBD). Yield-related quantitative characteristics were evaluated. Results showed that the genotypes: Dara', Idleb, Hama were highly significant for No. kernels/row & No. kernels/ear. Also, Raqqa1 and Hasaka for No. kernels/row compared to Ghotta1. AlGhab was highly significant for 1000-Kernels weight compared to Ghotta82. In addition, Homs3 was superior to Ghotta82 and Ghotta1. A positive significant correlation was found between some characteristics. According to regression coefficient, breeding for increasing No. of kernels/ear will increase kernels weight/ear by 53%.
