دراسة مورفولوجية وكيميائية لنوعين من جنس اللاميومLamium L. (L. moschatum Mill. وَ L. striatum Sibth. et Smith. ) من الفصيلة الشفوية Lamiaceae .
Abstract
تم إجراء دراسة مورفولوجية وكيميائية للنوعين Lamium moschatum Mill. وَ Lamium striatum Sibth. et Smith.، حيث تم تعريفهما مورفولوجياً بصورة كاملة وحددت مواقع وجودهما والنباتات المرافقة وفترة الإزهار .
كما استخلص الزيت الطيار من أزهار النوعين بطريقة الجرف بالبخار ، وباستخدام تقانة GC/MS تمت معرفة هوية ونسب المركبات التي تدخل في تركيبه وأهمها الهيدروكربونات التي شكلت النسبة الأعلى في النوعين، والأحماض الكربوكسيلية التي كانت نسبتها أعلى في النوع الأول .
بينما شكلت المركبات التربينية وأهمها Caryophyllene النسبة الأعلى في النوع الثاني .
A morphological and chemical study was carried out on two species of Lamium:
L. moschatum Mill. and L. striatum Sibth. et Smith. The growth places of these two species were determined in the coastal area as well as during the flowering times. The GC/MS technique was used to determine the percentage of essential oil in these two species. So, the hydrocarbon compounds were the main active material in these species, but we found that the percentage of carboxylic acids is available L. striatum was higher while terpien compounds, especially caryophyllene, were higher in L. moschatum.
