دراسة بعض الخصائص الظاهرية والتشريحية لأخشاب جنس الـبوهينيا (sp. Bauhinia)
Abstract
يهدف هـذا البحث إلى إجراء دراسة ظاهرية وتشريحـية لأخشاب جنس البوهيـنيا (Bauhinia sp.) المدخـل إلى مدينة اللاذقـية من أجـل تأكيد نتائج دراسة أنجـزت من الباحـثين عن ثلاثة أنواع تخـص هذا الجنس (قيد النشر). هـذه الأنواع هـي : Bauhinia blakeana S.T.Dunn ذات الأزهار الأرجوانية (A) B.alba L. ذات الأزهار البيضاء (B) وB.variegata L. ذات الأزهار المبرقشة (C). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الظاهرية لأخشاب هذه الأنواع وجود فروقات في المظهر الخارجي للقشرة، أما من الناحية التشريحية فقد تميزت أخشابها بأنها متوسطة القوام والتجانس. وعند دراسة المقطع العرضي للنوع (A) تبين بأن أوعيته الناقلة ذات كثافة قليلة، وهي مفردة أو تتجمع بشكل ثنائي أو ثلاثي ومتوزعة بصورة غير منتظمة، أما عند النوع (B) فتأخذ هذه الأوعية الناقلة أشكالاً أقرب إلى الشكل الدائري عندما تكون مفردة وتتجمع مع بعضها البعض بشكل مسبحي يصل عددها إلى (13) وعاء متصل، وتماثل الأوعية الناقلة في النوع (C) مثيلاتها عند النوع (B) عندما تكون مفردة لكنها تتجمع بشكل ثنائي وثلاثي وتصل إلى السداسي. وأوضحت دراسة المقطع المماسي وجود اختلافات واضحة بين الأشعة الخشبية لهذه الأنواع الثلاثة: يمتلك النوع (A) أشعة خشبية متوسطة الطول مفردة ونادراً ما تكون ثنائية بينما تصبح كثيفة جداً وقصيرة وتكون مفردة ومزدوجة في النوع (B). أما في النوع الثالث (C) فتتألف من صف من الخلايا وهي ذات سلاسل طويلة جداً.
Cet article a pour objet d'effectuer une étude macroscopique et microscopique du bois de Bauhinia sp. introduit à Lattaquié afin de confirmer les résultats d'une étude faite par les auteurs sur trois espèces appartenant à ce genre (en cours d'édition). Ces espèces sont : Bauhinia aux fleurs pourpres (A) Bauhinia blakeana S.T.Dunn , Bauhinia aux fleurs blanches (B) Bauhinia alba L. et Bauhinia aux fleurs bariolées (C) Bauhinia variegata L.. À l'échelle macroscopique, les résultats obtenus montrent l'existence des différences entre l'écorce de ces trois espèces. Alors que du point de vue microscopique, ces bois se caractérisent par une texture et une homogénéité moyennes, l'étude de la section transversale de l'espèce (A) a montré que les vaisseaux sont peu denses, se trouvent seuls ou réunis en deux ou trois et distribués irrégulièrement. Alors que ceux de l'espèce (B) sont presque arrondis quand ils sont seuls et s'associent en bandes radiales jusqu'à 13 cellules. Du même, les vaisseaux de l'espèce (C) ressemblent à ceux de l'espèce (B) quand ils se trouvent seuls. Leur disposition est faite en files radiales (2 à 3 jusqu'à 6 cellules). L'étude de la section tangentielle a montré de nettes différences au niveau des rayons ligneux entre ces trois espèces; ceux de l'espèce (A) ont des longueurs moyennes et des rayons unisériés, et rarement plurisériés, et ceux de l'espèce (B) sont unisériés et plurisériés, courts et très denses, tandis qu'ils sont très longs et unisériés pour l'espèce (C).
