دراسة تأثير المبيد الحشري (Cypermethrin) في المؤشرات الحيوية والشكلية للدواري Rotifera (Brachionus calyciflorus)
Abstract
تـم إجـراء هذه التجـربة لتحـديد مدى حسـاسية نـوع من أنـواع الـدواراتRotifera هو (Brachionus calyciflorus) للـمبيد الحشـري (Cypermethrin, Pyrethroid)، إذ تم تحديد بعض المؤشرات الحيوية التي توضح أثر هذا المبيد الحشري بدلالات رقمية مثل تركيـز المبـيد الـذي يـؤدي إلـى مـوت نصف عدد الجـماعات خـلال 24 سـاعة (24H LC50=0.08mg/l)، ومعـدل الزيـادة الطبيعـية الحقيـقية (سـرعة نمـو الجماعات R, intersic rate of increase)، وفـترة عـمر الجـيل (X)، ومـعدل سـرعة التـكاثـر (R, reproduction rate)، ومتوسط فترة الخصوبة التي يكون بها النوع قادراً على إنتاج البيض (Eo, life expectancy). ولقد أظهرت النتائج انخفاضاً في جميع القيم السابقة بدرجات متفاوتة مع ازدياد تركيز المبيد في الوسط. كما تم تحديد التركيز الأعلى للمبيد الذي لا يَظهر عنده الأثر السمي (NOEC)، والتركيز الأدنى للمبيد الذي يبدأ عنده ظهور الأثر السمي (LOEC). مع العلم أن المبيد الحشـري (Cypermethrin) لم يظهر تأثيراً في التغيرات الشكلية للدواري المدروس عند تطبيقه خلال فترة حياته.
Chronic toxicity studies were conducted with a rotifer (Brachionus calyciflorus) to determine its relative sensitivities to pyrothroid insecticide cypermethrin. The effects of chronic exposure of the rotifer B.calyciflorus to cypermethrin were evaluated using some demographic parameters: Acute toxicity (24H LC50), intrinsic rate of increase (R), generation time (X), net reproduction rate (Ro), and Life expectancy (Eo). All the parameters studied decreased with increasing toxicant concentration. Also the highest concentration demonstrating no effect (NOEC) and the next highest concentration demonstrating toxic effect (LOEC) were estimated. No effects of long term use of Cypermethrin were estimated.
