تأثير وسط الزراعة وحجمه في نوعية شتل البندورة
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير وسط الزراعة وحجمه في إنتاج شتل البندورة ، استخدم لتنفيذه تسعة أوساط هي : ( 1- تورب /شاهد/ ، 2- مخلفات كمبوست الفطر الزراعي/WMC/ 3- WMC +تورب، 4- WMC+ برليت ،5 - WMC + تورب + برليت ،6 - WMC + تورب + فحم العرجوم ،7 - WMC + تورب + خفان ،8 - WMC + تورب + فحم العرجوم + برليت ،9 - WMC+ تورب + خفان + برليت )، وثلاثة أحجام للوسط (55 -22- 17 سم3) .
نفذ البحث في مشتل جامعة تشرين خلال العام 2009 .
أظهرت النتائج أن زيادة حجم الوسط ساهمت في تحسين نوعية الشتول وذلك من حيث ارتفاع الشتول وقطر الساق ومساحة المسطح الورقي ووزن المجموعين الخضري والجذري .
وتبين أيضاً عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين وسط مخلفات كمبوست الفطر الزراعي والشاهد ( التورب ) من حيث ارتفاع الشتول ومساحة المسطح الورقي ووزن المجموعين الخضري والجذري ، في حين تفوق الوسط الثالث ( مخلفات كمبوست الفطر الزراعي + تورب ) على الشاهد من حيث ارتفاع الشتول وقطر الساق ووزن المجموع الخضري .
كما بينت النتائج أن الوسط الثالث ( مخلفات كمبوست الفطر الزراعي + تورب ) عند حجم 55 سم3 أعطى أفضل شتول بندورة نوعاً .
This research has been carried out to investigate the effect growing medium and size on the production of tomato seedlings .
Nine different growing media ( 1- tourbe , 2- wastes mushroom compost /WMC/ , 3- WMC + tourbe , 4- WMC + perlite , 5- WMC + tourbe + perlite , 6- WMC +tourbe + arjoum ,7- WMC + tourbe + pumice , 8- WMC + tourbe + arjoum + perlite , 9- WMC + tourbe + pumice + perlite ) and three medium size ( 55- 22- 17 cm3 ) have been used .
The research has been conducted at nursery of Tishreen University during two agricultural seasons in 2009 .
Results have shown that increasing of medium size have contributed to improving the seedlings quality by increasing of seedlings height, stem diameter, shoot and radical weight, and foliage .
The results have also shown no significant differences between wastes mushroom compost and the control (tourbe) in seedlings height, stem diameter, shoot and radical weight, and foliage. However, the third medium ( WMC + tourbe ) has been significantly better than the control in seedlings height, stem diameter, shoot weight.
Results have indicated that the third medium ( WMC + tourbe ) in size 55 cm3 gave the best quality of tomato seedlings.
