دراسة النوعL. Lamium amplexicaule ((Lamiaceae)))ن نمن النواحي المورفولوجية، التشريحية والكيميائية
Abstract
تم إجراء دراسة مورفولوجية ، تشريحية وكيميائية للنوع النباتيL. Lamium amplexicaule من الفصيلة الشفوية Lamiaceae ،أظهرت وجود نوعين من الأوراق على النبات نفسه، ونوعين من الأوبار لامسة ومفرزة ، إضافة إلى حدوث تبدلات مورفولوجية وتغير فترة الإزهار .
أظهرت الدراسة التشريحية أن مقطع الساق رباعي في مركزه فضوة صغيرة ، ويتوضع النسيج الدعامي في زواياه.
وقد استخلص الزيت الطيار من النبات بطريقة الجرف بالبخار ، وباستخدام تقانة GC/MS تمت معرفة هوية ونسب المركبات التي تدخل في تركيبه ، حيث لوحظ وجود مركبات من مشتقات الإيميدازول ، والمشتقات البريدينية التي تعدّ مضادة للأورام .
A morphological, anatomical & chemical study was carried out on Lamium amplexicaule L. (Lamiaceae).
The results showed the presence of two types of leaves on the same plant , and two types of trichomes (glandular and eglandular hairs) , in addition to the morphological altration and changing in flowering time .
The Anatomical study of the stem showed that the stem is tetrangular in transverse section with hollow pith at center , and addition collenchyma tissues at angles . The extraction of volatile oils have been done by dry evaporation using GC/MS technique , chromatographic analysis of these extracts have showed the presence of Imedazol and pyrimidene derivatives which are known by their anticancer activities .
