دراسة تصنيفية لبعض أنواع طحالب التربة الرطبة Phitoedaphon في محمية غابة الفرنلق باللاذقية
Abstract
جُمعت عينات من مواقع مختلفة من التربة الرطبة لغابة الفرنلق بمعدل ثلاث مرات شهريا، و ذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من تشرين الأول 2009 و حتى أيلول 2010. وقد تم التعرف على (60) نوعاً من الطحالب الترابية وزعت على المجموعات التالية: (22) نوعاً من البكتريا الخضراء المزرقة (الطحالب الزرقاء) و (18) نوعاً من الطحالب الخضراء و (13) نوعاً من المشطورات (7) أنواع من الطحالب الصفراء المخضرة. كان أكثر الأجناس تنوعاً هو الجنس Nostoc (6) أنواع يليه ال Oscillatoria (5) أنواع وال Phormidium (4) أنواع و ال Scenedesmus و ال Cocconis (3) أنواع، و قد لوحظ العدد الأكبر من الأنواع في فصل الربيع و العدد الأقل في فصل الصيف.
Samples were collected from different sites of wet soil in Frunloq forest three times monthly during the period between October 2009 and September 2010. Sixty species were identified of soil algae belonging to the following groups: Blue-green bacteria (22 species), Green algae (18), Diatoms (30 and Green Yellow algae (7). The most common species were Nostoc (6), then Oscillatoria (5), Phormidium (4), Scenedesmus and Coccoins (3). The highest taxonomic species diversity was noticed during spring, whereas the lowest in summer.
