تطور المجموع الجذري لغراس الخرنوب Ceratonia siliqua L. وانحرافات نموه.
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى الحصول على مجموع جذري متجانس جيد النمو والانتشار عن طريق دراسة ديناميكية نمو المجموع الجذري لبادرات الخرنوب Ceratonia siliqua.L داخل الأكياس البلاستيكية خلال فترة الإنبات وإجراء معالجات للمجموعين الجذري والخضري بتطبيق التقليم الميكانيكي في المشتل ونقل الغراس إلى أوعية أكبر حجماً.
أظهرت الدراسة أن الجذر الوتدي يسير بسرعة وباتجاه عمودي نحو قعر الكيس ويحتاج إلى 20- 30 يوماً لذلك، وعند وصوله إلى قعر الكيس يبدأ بالالتفاف بأشكال مختلفة، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن إجراء المعالجات للمجموعين الجذري والخضري لم تبدِ تأثيراً إيجابياً من حيث النمو والتطور ومن حيث بناء المادة الجافة مقارنة بالشاهد باستثناء المعاملة C1 التي تم فيها تقليم المجموع الجذري ونقل الغراس إلى أكياس سعة 2 ليتر، حيث أعطت نمواً خضرياً تفوق على الشاهد وعلى بقية المعاملات ومجموعاً جذرياً متجانساً ونسبةS/R متجانسة، وتفوقت على الشاهد وبقية المعاملات من حيث عدد وطول وكثافة الجذور الثانوية وتوزعها، وكانت التشوهات قليلة جداً في المعاملةC1 ، واستمرت التشوهات في بقية المعاملات.
The purpose of this research is to get a consistent root system through studying the roots growth dynamics of Ceratonia siliqua L. seedlings in plastic bags during germination period and applying treatments such as mechanical pruning and transplanting seedlings into other bags.
Results showed that tap root grows rapidly and vertically to the bottom of the bag in 20 – 30 days.Wwhen it reaches the bottom it starts to spiral in different ways. Applying treatments to both shoot and root systems did not show positive results on growth and development or on dry matter building in comparison with the witness, except treatment C1, where they gave better vegetative growth compared to rest of treatments including the witness. Treatment C1 root system consistency and dry matter weight and s/r ratio were better. There were less deformations and longer, denser and more numbered secondary roots . deformations continued in the other treatments.
