"إنشاء شبكة إقليمية لرصد تراكيز نزر العناصر المعدنية من خلال مجمعات حيوية في الشاطئ الشرقي للبحر الأبيض المتوسط"
Abstract
حُددت في هذا البحث تراكيز العناصر المعدنية (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr & Hg) باستخدام مجمعات حيوية (كائنات رصد) لأفراد من النوعين Mytilus galloprovincialis & Brachidontes variabilis في ثلاث مناطق ساحلية سورية (الحميدية، اللاذقية ورأس البسيط) من قبل فريقي بحث سوري وفرنسي ضمن مشروع البحث Mytimed. وجرت عملية تحديد العناصر النزرة باستخدام مطيافية الأمتصاص الذري AAS. كانت النتيجة الأولى والأكثر وضوحاً هي الموت الكامل لأفراد النوع الرخوي Mytilus galloprovancialis في كل الأقفاص المزروعة في المياه السورية، أما بالنسبة لتغيرات تراكيز العناصر المعدنية المدروسة في النوع Brachidontes variabilis فكانت وفق نتائج فريق البحث السوري كما يلي:
Zn : 165.18-542.76 µg/g, Cu : 29.33-65 µg/g, Cd : 1.4-2.49 µg/g, Ni : 3-5.5µg/g .
Pb : 11-14 µg/g, Cr : 4.55-9 µg/g, Hg : 0.14-0.2 µg/g
وقد أظهرت دراسة النسبة المئوية للتراكم المقدرة الكبيرة لدى هذا النوع من الرخويات على تجميع العناصر (Ni, Cd, Cr) مقارنة مع بقية العناصر. كما بينت الدراسة الإحصائية وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين عنصر النحاس وبقية العناصر الأخرى ضمن المواقع الثلاث المدروسة.
In this study the concentrations of some trace metals (Hg, Cr, Mn, Zn, Cu, Pb & Cd) were determined in three region on the Syrian coast (Hamidiyeh, Lattaquié, Ras el Bassit)using Brachidontes variabilis & Mytilus galloprovincialis by Syrian & Frenchresearch teams (Mytimed). The determination of trace metals was achieved by AAS. The most clear result was the death of Mytilus galloprovancialis in the Syrian location. With regard to theconcentration of trace metals obtained by Syrian research team were as following: Zn : 165.18-542.76 µg/g, Cu : 29.33-65 µg/g, Cd : 1.4-2.49 µg/g, Ni : 3-5.5µg/g,Pb : 11-14 µg/g, Cr : 4.55-9 µg/g,Hg : 0.14-0.2 µg/g.It was also clearthatthe Brachidontes variabilis had an ability to accumulate the following heavy metals (Cr,Cd,Ni) in contrast with other metals. In addition to that, there was a good relationship between Cu and the other metals in the studied regions.
