دراسة تغيرات نسبة Si:N على التركيب النوعي للعوالق النباتية مخبرياً
Abstract
يصف هذا البحث التغيرات الحاصلة في التركيب النوعي للعوالق النباتية تحت محاكاة نسب Si:N الطبيعية (Si:N=0.3, 7) من الربيع و حتى الصيف في الأعوام 2010 و 2011. جمعت خلالها عدة مجموعات تصنيفية للعوالق النباتية من محطتين بحريتين مختلفتين بيئياً في تجارب ميزوكوزمية لدراسة قدرة المشطورات على السيادة تحت نسب Si:N المختلفة. تم قياس غزارة العوالق النباتية و تحديد أنواع العوالق النباتية ضمن تجارب الاغناء. لم تؤثر تجارب التغذية المنجزة على نمو المشطورات، ولم يسجل أي نمو لثنائيات السياط. إن تغيير نسب المغذيات (Si:N) في الأوساط المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة، تسبب في حدوث تغير في التركيب النوعي للمشطورات وذلك من خلال ظهور أنواع غير شائعة في المحطات المدروسة، حيث أظهرت الأنواع Pseudo-nitzschia pseudodelicatissima Schil وLeptocylindrus danicus Cleve سيادة واضحة ضمن جميع الأوساط المستخدمة في المحطتين المدروستين.
This study describes the changes in species composition of phytoplankton under different Si:N ratios from spring to summer of 2010 and 2011. For this purpose, natural Phytoplankton was cultured in mesocosmic experiments at two stations in the northern part of Latakia coastal water. The abundance of phytoplankton was measured, and the specific composition of phytoplankton was determined. Diatoms dominated during 2010 and 2011, while Dinoflagellates did not compete with diatoms during this study. The enrichment experiment affected the species composition of the diatoms themselves, where the species Pseudo-nitzschia pseudodelicatissima Schil and Leptocylindrus danicus Cleve dominated under different Si:N ratios.
