دراسة مقارنة لتأثير ثنائي الأمين (Putrescine) على إنبات بذور السبانخ ( Spinacia oleracea ) وفول الصويا ( Glycine max ) في ظروف ملوحة مياه الري
Abstract
تمت دراسة تأثير معاملة بذور السبانخ (oleracea Spinacia ) وبذور فول الصويا (Glycine max ) بتراكيز مختلفة من ثنائي الأمين Putrescine (Put) عند مستويات مختلفة لملوحة محلول الري ( EC: 2.1 – 7.4 – 10.2 – 14 dS/m) على إنبات ونمو البادرات في هذه الظروف لمدة 11 يوماً من الزراعة. دلت التجارب على انخفاض نسبة الإنبات مع ارتفاع مستوى ملوحة محلول الري في كلا النوعين، كما أظهرت اختلافاً في استجابة بذور السبانخ للمعاملة بالـ Put حسب التركيز المستعمل وحسب مستوى الملوحة عن استجابة إنبات بذور فول الصويا التي لم تبد أي رد فعل لأي من التراكيز المستخدمة وعند جميع مستويات الملوحة.
The effect of several concentrations of diamine: putrescine (put) on seeds germination and seedling of spinach (Spinacea oleracea) and soybean (Glycine max) under different conditions of water salinity was studied for 11 days after planting. The results showed a significant reduction of germination with increased salinity. The response of spinach seed to putrescine treatment varied according to putrescine concentration and salinity level, whereas soybean seeds didn’t show any response to putrescine treatment in all salinity levels.
