تأثير بعض أصول الحمضيات في مواصفات النمو والإنتاج لأهم الأصناف المطعمة عليها والمنتشرة في سورية II ـ التأثير في الإنتاج ومواصفات الثمار والعصير
Abstract
نفّذ هذا البحث خلال عامي 1999 ـ2000 في محطة بحوث الحمضيات في سيانو بجبلة التابعة لمديرية مكتب الحمضيات ـ وزارة الزراعة والإصلاح الزراعي . حيث تم اختيار نوعين من الحمضيات هما اليوسفي"صنف الكلمنتين" ، والجريب فروت "صنف ردبلاش الأحمر" ، والمطعمة على سبعة أصول وهي الزفير ، ترويرسيترانج كاريزو سيترانج ، سيتروميلو 4475 ، سيتروميلو 1452، ماكرو فيلا، واليوسفي كليوباترا. بعمر 15 سنة ، وقد تم تقدير الإنتاج كماً ونوعاً وبدراسة المواصفات الكمية والفيزيائية والكيميائية المختلفة للثمار والعصير كانت النتائج كما يلي :
كان أكبر إنتاج للكلمنتين على الأصلين ماكروفيلا وسيتروميلو 1452 ،وأفضل مواصفات للثمار، و العصير كانت على الأصل سيتروميلو 1452 ، وعلى اعتبار أن الكلمنتين يستخدم بكمية كبيرة كصنف مائدة لذلك يفضل اختيار الأصل الذي يحسّن من الصفات النوعية، إضافة لإعطاء إنتاجية جيدة.
و بالنسبة للجريب فروت فكانت أعلى إنتاجية له على أصول الزفير والسيتروميلو 4475 والكاريزوسيترانج . و أفضل مواصفات للثمار و العصير كانت على الأصل كاريزو سيترانج . وباعتبار هذا الصنف عصيري لذلك يفضل اختيار الأصل كاريزو سيترانج الذي يعطي إنتاجية مرتفعة مع ارتفاع النسبة المئوية للعصير في الثمار.
The Present study was conducted during 1999-2000 In the state farm of the ministry of Agriculture, Citrus experimental station, in Siano, Jablah.The study focused on15 years old of two citrus species (clementin mandarin and grapefruit ) budded on 7 different rootstocks (Sour Orange Troyer Citrange –Carrizo Citrange, Citrumelo 4475, Citrumelo 1452, Macrophylla and Cleopatra mandarin ). The trees production of fruit was determined and the juice and fruit quality was evaluated, It was found that the highest production of fruits on clementin was given from the trees budded on Macrophylla and Citrumelo 1452 rootstocks, while the best quality of juice and fruit was given by the Citrumelo 1452 rootstock, on the other hand, Grapefruit, gave the highest fruit production with three rootstocks (Sour orange, Citrumelo 4475 and Carrizo citrange) while the best quality of fruit and juice was obtained from the Carrizo citrange rootstock.
