إكثار عقل نبات الورد البري المحلي من خلال معاملتها بالأوكسينات والمبيدات الفطرية وتأثيرها على النموالخضري والجذري
Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسهيل إكثار الأنواع المحلية والبرية من الورد المتأقلمة مع البيئة المحلية ونشرها واستخدامها كأصول تتميز بمقاومتها وملاءمتها للظروف البيئية وذلك من أجل الحد من استيرادها.
وقد استخدمت طريقة التكاثر بالعقل لتفادي صعوبات الإكثار البذري سواء من الناحية الزمنية أو التغيرات الشكلية. كما تمت معالجة العقل المستخدمة بالمواد الكيماوية الهرمونية والمبيدات الفطرية وذلك لمعرفة مدى تأثيرها في التجذير وعلى سرعته عند الأصناف المختلفة في التجربة.
وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن الهرمونات وتبعاً للتراكيز المستخدمة لها تأثيرات ايجابية مختلفة على نسب التجذير وسرعته وذلك بوجود المبيدات الفطرية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى، فإن تأثير المبيدات الفطرية في التجذير كان محدوداً جداً في غياب الهرمونات.
L’étude a été réalisée en vue de faciliter la multiplication des espèces locales et sauvages pour diminuer leur importation, en utilisant ces espèces comme des porte-greffes grâce à leur adaptation aux conditions écologiques locales et leur résistance à ses multiples changements.
La multiplication végétative par les boutures a été réalisée pour éviter les difficultés de la multiplication sexuée et sa longue durée.
Les boutures utilisées sont traitées par des produits chimiques: des hormones et des fongicides pour évaluer leurs influences sur l’enracinement des boutures des variétés de l’espèce utilisée et la vitesse de cet enracinement.
Les résultats indiquent d’une part que les hormones, suivant les concentrations, ont différentes influences positives sur l’enracinement en présence de fongicides. D’autre part, l’influence des fongicides sur l’enracinement était presque nulle quand ils étaient utilisés seuls.
