Abstract

توصلت العديد من الدراسات السابقة إلى وجود أثر لضغط موازنة الوقت في مرحلة مهمة من مراحل تدقيق الحسابات وهي الاختبارات الخاصة بأدلة الإثبات, وتحاول هذه الدراسة البحث في هذا الأثر في البيئة السورية, حيث تم تحليل بيانات تم تجميعها من خلال إجراء مسح شامل لمكاتب التدقيق في محافظتي اللاذقية وطرطوس,ولقد تم التعبير عن الاختبارات الخاصة بأدلة الإثبات من خلال الإجراءات الأساسية التي يقوم بها مدقق الحسابات عند أداء هذه الاختبارات ومن خلال القرارات الخاصة بأدلة الإثبات, والتي يجب على مدقق الحسابات اتخاذها, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لضغط موازنة الوقت في بعض هذه الإجراءات والقرارات.

Many of theprevious studiesfound an impact oftime budget pressureonan important stageof the audit process, which are substantive tests. This research tries tostudythis impact on Syrian environmental. Research data has been collectedthrougha comprehensive survey ofaudit firmsinLattakia and Tartous, and then analyzed. This stage is consisted of the basic procedures performed by the auditor when he collects audit evidence and make decisions in relation to this evidence, which must be taken by auditor. The research has found that the time budget pressure has an effect on some of these procedures and decisions.
