تأثير عملية تقديم الخدمة و مقدمي الخدمة الصحية في رضا المستفيد من الخدمة الصحية في المستشفيات ( دراسة تطبيقية على المستشفيات الخاصة في دمشق )

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى استكشاف العلاقة بين المتغيرات عملية تقديم الخدمة الصحية و مقدمي الخدمة الصحية , و رضا المستفيدين من الخدمة الصحية، أي استكشاف العلاقة التفاعلية بين عناصر الاداء في تقديم الخدمات الصحية مقدمة الخدمة المستفيد من الخدمة و كذلك استطلاع اِلإمكانية الفعلية لتطبيق سياسة عملية تقديم الخدمة الصحية على المستشفيات الخاصة في محافظة دمشق . و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة و اختيار فرضياتها فقد تم تطوير استبيان خاص لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة التي بلغ عدد أفرادها ( 600 ) مقدم خدمة و ( 300 ) مستفيد من الخدمة موزعين على ( 10 ) مستشفيات في دمشق بالإضافة إلى العيادات الخاصة . و باستخدام مقاييس الخيارات الإحصائية في النظام الإحصائي ( SPSS ) توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ما يلي : 1) سياسة تقديم الخدمة الصحية تؤثر تأثيراً طردياً معنوياً بزيادة رضا المستفيد من الخدمة الصحية من وجهة نظر المستفيدين من الخدمة الصحية . 2) أظهرت نتائج البحث أن للمستوى التعليمي للمستفيدين من الخدمة تأثيراً للأفراد فيما يتعلق بحسن تقديرهم لأداء مقدم الخدمة . 3) مدة العمل بالنسبة لمقدمي الخدمة الصحية كان لها أثر سلبياً على التزامهم بأداء عملية تقديم الخدمة و بالتالي انعكس على رضا المستفيدين من الخدمة الصحية . خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي جرى استغلالها في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة . This Study has aimed to explore the relationship between the policy processes of health service and customer satisfaction, aweless explorer the real possibility for the application of this policy on private hospitals in the province of Damascus in particular and the rest of the private hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic in general. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and testing of hypo theses, has been developed a special questionnaire to collect data from a sample of the study. Using the standard statistical tests in the statistical system (SPSS) study found a number of important results as fallows. 1- The policy process of health service delivery directly affect significantly in increase user satisfaction of the health service from. 2- Study results appear that learning level of ficiaries of the service effect individual with evaluation for process of health service submitted. 3- Time of work in team for submitted by the service way indicative effect in process of health, Service aweless on customers satisfaction.
