الفعالية الاقتصادية لتحسين جودة شحن وتصدير المنتجات الزراعية العربية (تجربة سورية ومصر)

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع تحسين جودة الصادرات الزراعية باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، ويوضح بروز عامل جديد وهام في دورة الإنتاج الزراعي، وهو التسويق الزراعي خاصة الخارجي منه، وفي هذا السياق يستعرض البحث الإجراءات التي اتخذتها كل من سورية ومصر لحل إشكالية التسويق والتصدير الزراعي، ويخلص إلى أن هذه الإجراءات لم تحقق النتائج المرجوة منها، وانطلاقاَ من ذلك يهدف البحث إلى وضع استراتيجية متكاملة لعملية التسويق الزراعي تبدأ قبل الإنتاج وتنتهي مع وصول المنتج الزراعي إلى المستهلك النهائي، وفي النهاية يخلص البحث إلى ضرورة اعتماد منطقة التجارة الحرة العربية الكبرى كعامل أساسي في مواجهة المتغيرات الاقتصادية كمنظمة التجارة العالمية WTO والشراكة الأوروبية المتوسطية، حيث يفترض البحث أنه من خلال تطبيق منطقة التجارة الحرة العربية الكبرى، يمكن الوصول إلى منتج منافس من حيث الجودة العالية والتكاليف المخفضة.

This study deals with improving the quality of farming export by using the modren technology. Meanwhile, it clarifies the emmission of another factor in the cycle of farming production that is, the farming marketing. In this context, the study refers to the procedures that have been taken by Egypt & Syria to solve the problems of marketing and farming development and comes into conclusion that these procedures did not fulfill the desired results. The search aims to fulfillment an integral strategy for the process of farming marketing.

At the end, the study comes to th face to the necessity of using the region of Arab Free Trade to face international organizations.

The search supposes the application of large Arab Free Trae region to achieve a competitive commodity, high quality, and low costs.
