Abstract

يدرس البحث أهم النقاط المتعلقة بمنظمة التجارة العالمية, خاصة وأن هذه المنظمة أصبحت في عصرنا الراهن إحدى أدوات النظام العالمي الجديد.

كما يدرس البحث المعوقات التي تقف في وجه انضمام سورية للمنظمة والسبل والوسائل الممكنة لتخطي هذه المعوقات بما يضمن تحقيق أقل ما يمكن من الخسائر.

ومن الناحية المنهجية فقد وزع البحث على مجموعة من العناوين الفرعية, حيث بدأناه بمدخل بينا فيه لمحة موجزة عن نشأة الغات والظروف التي رافقتها، وبعد ذلك انتقلنا لبيان أهمية وأهداف وطرق البحث, ثم انتقلنا إلى عرض مادة البحث ولننتهي بخاتمة تتضمن نظرة نحو المستقبل.

The research studies the most important points related to WTO since this organization nowadays an important tool in the new international system.

It studies the obstacles that prevent Syria from joining the organization, and the possible ways to overcome these obstacles at minimum of price.

The research is methodologically distributed to many subtitles.

We start with a preface explaining in short the origin of the GATT and the accompanied circumstances.

We then move to show the importance, the goals, and the methods of research, and the research subject. We finish with a conclusion containing a look forward.
