توسع حلف الناتو وأثره على الأمن القومي العربي في ضوء المتغيرات الدولية الجديدة
Abstract
كانت سياسة الأحلاف أحد أسباب الحرب العالمية الأولى والثانية, واليوم وبعد نهاية الحرب الباردة , نجد بأن حلف الناتو قد استمر في الوجود بل وتوسَّعَ .
وعليه فإن هذا البحث يتناول تتبع توسيع حلف الناتو بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة داخل أوربا وعلاقاته الجديدة خارج أوربا , خاصة في المنطقة العربية, والأهداف الكامنة وراء هذا التوسع, وأثر هذا التوسع, على أمن المنطقة العربية, الذي ترافق بمتغيرات دولية أخرى نتجت عن نهاية الحرب الباردة, خاصةً وأن المنطقة العربية تحتل موقعاً استراتيجياً, وتحتوي على أكبر مخزون نفطي في العالم وتعاني من تهديداتٍ أمنية كبيرة.
The policy alliances was one of the causes of the First and Second World Wars; and now after the end of the cold war we see that the NATO is still exists and even expands.
This search deals with NATO's expansion after the end of the cold war in Europe and its new relations outside Europe, especially in the Arab region. It shows hidden aims of this expansion and its effects on the Arab region security, together with accompanying international changes. This is because the Arab region is in a strategic place, has the biggest oil fields in the world, and suffers from big security threats.
