تمويل المؤسسات العامة الاقتصادية في سورية
Abstract
يبين البحث أسلوب التمويل بالعجز الذي اتبع في سورية لتمويل المؤسسات العامة الاقتصادية وآثاره الضارة على الاقتصاد على المستويين الكلي والجزئي.
يؤكد البحث ضرورة اعتماد التمويل الحكومي الحقيقي والذي يعتمد على سندات الخزينة وأذون الخزينة بغرض تحقيق الإصلاح المالي العام للاقتصاد السوري.
This research shows the method of deficit financing followed in Syria to finance public economic establishments and its harmful effects on the economy at the macro and micro levels.
The research confirms the importance of adopting real governmental financing which depends on treasury bonds and bills in order to achieve the financial reform of the Syrian economy.
