أهم المعوقات التي تواجه إدارة شركات التأمين

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أهم المعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجه إدارة شركات التأمين العامة والخاصة في الساحل السوري, ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمّ تصميم استبانة, وتطبيقها على عينة من العمال في الشركة السورية العامة للتأمين, والشركة الوطنية للتأمين, وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية:

- تبين وجود علاقة طردية بين كل من التأهيل والتدريب, والنظام القضائي والمالي, وبين مستوى الأداء في شركات التأمين موضوع الدراسة.

- تبين وجود علاقة عكسية بين التأثيرات الاقتصادية و مستوى الأداء في شركات التأمين موضوع الدراسة.

- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين شركات التأمين العامة والخاصة في المعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجهها، والتي تتمثل في التأهيل والتدريب, التأثيرات الاقتصادية, وجود نظام قضائي فعال, وجود نظام مالي فعال, الموقف التنافسي ومستوى الأداء, وهذه الفروق لصالح شركات التأمين الخاصة بالمقارنة مع شركات التامين العامة.

This research objects to study the most important problems that meet the Management of Insurance Companies in the Syrian Coast, and for achieving this object the questionnaire is designed, and is applied on a sample of workers in Syrian Government Insurance and National  Company, and the research reached the following conclusions:

-    It is the inverse relationship between the economic effects and the Level of performance in these companies.

-    There are significant differences between private and government companies in terms of troubles and problems that meet them as qualifying and training, economic effects, availability of the effective judicial system, effective financial system, the competitive and the performance level, and these differences are in favour to the private insurance companies if compared by government insurance companies.
