Abstract

تعتبر المنازعات الدولية معضلة العصر مما يستوجب ضرورة البحث عن القواعد الملائمة لحلّها وذلك لتجنب عواقبها الوخيمة على الشعوب والإنسانية جمعاء.

تظهر الدراسة أهمية الوسائل السلمية في حلّ المنازعات الدولية وذلك من خلال نشر ثقافة السلام ونبذ العنف واتباع طرق التسوية السلمية.

International disputes are the dilemma of the times, which necessitates the search for the appropriate rules to solve them, in order to avoid their dire consequences for all peoples and humanity.

This study demonstrates the importance of peaceful means in resolving international disputes through the dissemination of a culture of peace, non – violence and peaceful settlement.
