دراسة تحليلية لبعض المؤشرات الإنتاجية في قطاع النقل البحري خلال الفترة (2010-2018) "حالة مرفأ طرطوس"
Abstract
The objective of the research was to analyze the reality of some productive indicators in the maritime transport sector (Tartous port) during the period 2010-2018 and to determine the negative effects of the war Syria is going through on these indicators. The research was based on a series of books and periodicals, And the statistical publications issued by Tartous Port, which include data on the number of vessels carrying the port of Tartous, the maritime movement (loaded and unloaded cargo), and the number of containers handled at the port, and analyzing these data based on annual growth rates, annual percentage change, a Fixed and mobile standard. The total number of vessels carrying Tartous port decreased during the war years with an average growth rate of 9.66%. The total exports of Tartous port decreased by an average growth rate of 10.68%. The total imports of Tartous port decreased by an average growth rate of 66.25% The containers entering Tartous port decreased at an annual rate (9.41%) and the number of containers exported from Tartous Port decreased at an annual rate (9.72%) during 2010-2018.
هدف البحث إلى تحليل واقع بعض المؤشرات الإنتاجية في قطاع النقل البحري (حالة مرفأ طرطوس) خلال الفترة 2010-2018, وتحديد الآثار السلبية للحرب التي تمر بها سورية على هذه المؤشرات, اعتمد البحث على مجموعة من الكتب والدوريات, بالإضافة إلى المجموعات الإحصائية الصادرة عن المكتب المركزي للإحصاء, والنشرات الإحصائية الصادرة عن مرفأ طرطوس, والتي تتضمن بيانات عن عدد البواخر التي أمت مرفأ طرطوس, والحركة الملاحية (البضائع المحملة والمفرغة), وعدد الحاويات المتداولة في المرفأ, ثمّ تحليل هذه البيانات بالاعتماد على معدلات النمو السنوية, ونسبة التغير السنوي, والأرقام القياسية الثابتة والمتحركة. أظهرت النتائج أنّ عدد البواخر التي أمت مرفأ طرطوس تناقص خلال سنوات الحرب بمتوسط معدل نمو (9.66%), وتناقص إجمالي صادرات مرفأ طرطوس بمتوسط معدل نمو (10.68%), كما تناقص إجمالي واردات مرفأ طرطوس بمتوسط معدل نمو (66.25%), أما عدد الحاويات الواردة إلى مرفأ طرطوس فقد تناقص بمعدل سنوي (9.41%), وتناقص عدد الحاويات الصادرة من مرفأ طرطوس بمعدل سنوي (9.72%), وذلك خلال الفترة 2010-2018.
