الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة ودورها في تنمية الاقتصاديات النامية (FDI)

Abstract

إن هذه الدراسة تتعرض لموضوع ٍهام ٍفي الوقت المعاصر, وهو الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة
والدور الذي تقوم به في تنمية الاقتصاديات النامية, فقد أصبح لقضية الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة مكانة بارزة ضمن أولويات صانعي السياسات الاقتصادية في الدول النامية عند صياغة خطط التنمية في الأمد الطويل. لذلك حاولنا التعرض لأهم أنواع الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة والدور الذي يقوم به كل منها في تنمية الاقتصاديات المضيفة لها, بالإضافة لذلك تتناول الدراسة دراسة وصفية لمفهوم المناخ الملائم الذي يجب أن توفره الدول لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة, هذا المفهوم الديناميكي المتغير مع تغير الظروف الخارجية.

ثم ننتقل في دراستنا هذه لإظهار المنافسة الشديدة بين الدول لاستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة
وترتيب الدول في سلم استقطاب الاستثمارات مع إظهار حالة سوريا مع الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة.

This paper focuses on an important topic today, which is the Direct Foreign Investments and their role in improving developing economies. The DFI has occupied a prominent position within the priorities of the decision makers of the economic policies in developing countries when formulating the long-term development plans. So we have tried to present the most important direct foreign investments, and the role each of which plays in improving host economies. This paper studies the concept of the suitable conditions that must be provided by developing countries to attract DFI. We have also considered the dynamic approach which changes with the change of the external conditions. Then we have shown the competition between countries for DFI, and the ranking of these countries on the ladder of investment attraction, highlighting the Syrian case with DFI.
