Design study,modeling and simulation of the three- axis programmed lathe
Abstract
This research deals with a detailed study of the three-axis programmed lathes that are widely used in the industrial sector. This research enables us to identify the programmed lathes and know the benefits of this machine and its importance in the field of industry and the advantages and disadvantages of using it and what are the types of these machines and their areas of use. It has programmed lathes.
The research also presents engineering and mechanical models for the programmed lathes and assembling them together on the Solid Works program. Finally, the research presents the results of the theoretical and practical study and the recommendations that must be followed to ensure obtaining high accuracy and quality of the products manufactured on the machine, as well as the correct use methods to increase their life span and work with high efficiency.
