مقارنة بين حلقات التحكّم PID والمتحكّمات الضبابية للتحكّم بسرعة محرك خطوي
Abstract
يستعرض هذا البحث نموذجاً رياضياً لمحرك خطوي من خلال لغة الماتلاب اعتماداً على المعادلات التي تصف عمل المحرك، ويعرض المواصفات الأساسية للحلقة المفتوحة للنموذج المصمّم، كما يقدّم نظاماً تحكمّياً يتحكّم بسرعة المحرك من خلال متحكّمات PID. كما يسلّط البحث الضوء على كيفية استخدام المنطق الضبابي وتطبيقاته في أنظمة التحكّم من خلال تصميم متحكّم ضبابي يؤمن عملية التحكّم بسرعة المحرك، ويقارن البحث في النهاية بين المتحكّمين المصمّمين من حيث أداء التحكّم وسرعة الاستجابة. This research presents a mathematic module for stepper motor in Matlab program through the equations that describe the motor transfer function. It illustrates the primary characters of the open loop for the designed module, then it offers PID controller design for controlling the motor speed. In addition, we can use the fuzzy logic and its applications in order to design a speed fuzzy controller. Finally, we make a comparison between the fuzzy and PID controller in control performance and response time.Downloads
