تحليل ونمذجة أخطاء نقل الحركة لإدارة آلية سير التوقيت وطرق التصحيح لتقييم الأداء
Abstract
This paper focuses on the estimation schemes of a viable position for timing belt drives where the position of the carriage (load) is to be determined via reference models receiving input from a position sensor attached to the actuator of the timing belt. A detailed analysis of the transmission error sources is presented, and a number of relevant mathematical models is developed using a priori knowledge of the process. This paper demonstrates that such schemes are very effective when the drive system is not subjected to external loads and operating conditions do not change considerably i.e. ambient temperature, and belt tension. يركّز هذا البحث على مشاريع تقدير الموضع القابلة للتطبيق على آليات( ميكانيزمات ) سيور التوقيت, حيث يكون من الضروري تحديد الحمولة عن طريق نماذج رجوعيّة تتلقّى المدخلات (البيانات المدخلة) من حسّاس للموضع موصولٍ بمحرّض سير التوقيت, ويقدم هذا البحث التحليلٌ المفصّلٌ لمصادر أخطاء نقل الحركة, وتم تطوّير عدد من النماذج الرياضيّة المتعلّقة بالبحث باستخدام معرفة بديهيّة بالعمليّة. ويظهر هذا البحثُ أنّ مشاريع كهذه تكون فعّالة جدّاً عندما لا يكون نظام القيادة خاضعاً لحمولاتٍ خارجيّة وعندما لا تتغير شروط التشغيل بدرجةٍ كبيرةٍ أي درجة الحرارة المحيطة وتوتّر السير.Downloads
