تحديد الأداء الفعلي للرفاص باستخدام برنامج CFD analysis
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من الأداء الفعلي لعمل مروحة الرفاص وذلك بالاعتماد على سلسلة النتائج الصادرة عن أحواض هامبورغ والمعروفة باسم RANSE حيث يتم تحليل المنحنيات والخصائص الهيدروديناميكية لعمل الرفاص في المياه المفتوحة وذلك باستخدام البرنامج التجاري CFD Analysis m by HydroComp. وعليه تُم مقارنة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها مع البيانات التجريبية الموجودة، كذلك دراسة التدفق حول مختلف أجزاء بدن السفينة وتحديد قيم المقاومة ومعامل الاحتكاكCF ومقارنة هذه القيم مع القيم الصادرة عن أحواض ITTC حيث وجد تطابق بين قيم نتائج سلسلةRANSE وقيم التجارب والحسابات في مختلف مراحل الدراسة. وبناءً على ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من الحلول المتعلقة بعمل رفاصات السفينة وتقييم مدى التفاعل والتأثير المتبادل لعمل الرفاص في مختلف شروط العمل، وتحديد درجة الاختلاف الحاصلة من قيم عزم الدوران ومعامل التقدم والتوجيه التي تم الحصول عليها بالاعتماد على برامج CFD حيث نوقشت النتائج العددية والبيانات التحليلية في حالة العمل بالمياه المفتوحة. This research aims to check the actual performance of the work of the propeller depending on series of results issued from Hamburg basins that are known by RANSE where the arcs analysis and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the propeller work in open water are done by using the commercial program CFD Analysis m by Hydro Comp. Thus, the results were compared with the experimental data and the study of fluently around the different parts of the ship and the definition of resistance values and friction factor CF. These values were compared with those issued by ITTC basins and coincidence was found between those of RANSE and the experimental values in the different stages of study. Therefore, a collection of solutions related to the work of propeller were achieved in addition to the evaluation of the level of interaction and the exchanged effect of the propeller work in different conditions, and the definition of degree of difference resulted from the values of the rotation moment and the factors of advance and control the are resulted from the use of CFD program. The numerical results and the syntheses data were discussed in case of working in open water.Downloads
