مساهمة في دراسة بعض الخصائص الفيزيائية والميكانيكية للبيتون الرغوي
Abstract
شهد مجال صناعة البيتون تقدمًا وتطورًا كبيرًا حيث تم استحداث أنواع عديدة منها البيتون الرغوي، الذي يعرّف بأنّه بيتون ناتج عن خلط الاسمنت والرمل مع مادة راغية تجعله أخف وزناً من البيتون العادي. تهدف هذه الدراسة لإنتاج هذا النوع من البيتون ودراسة بعض خصائصه الفيزيائية والميكانيكية. تم تصميم الخلطة البيتونية من أجل أربع كثافات تصميمية مطلوبة(1000, 1300, 1600, 1900 kg/m3) وعيار اسمنت (350kg/m3) ونسبة الماء إلى الاسمنت (w/c=0.5). تم اجراء اختبارات مختلفة لتحديد بعض خصائص البيتون الناتج كالكثافة والمقاومة على الضغط والمقاومة على الشد بالانفلاق. بينت النتائج امكانية إنتاج بيتون رغوي بمجال واسع للكثافة والمقاومة. تراوحت قيم الكثافة الجافة للبيتون الرغوي ما بين (870-1773 kg/m3) ، وقيم المقاومة على الضغط ما بين (2.95-16.2 Mpa)، في حين سجلت المقاومة على الانفلاق قيماً تراوحت ما بين(0.32-1.76 Mpa) . foamed concrete is a concrete made by cement slurry mixed with foaming agent, so that foamed concrete is lighter than conventional concrete. The objectives of this study is to produce this kind of concrete, and to study some of its physical and mechanical properties. Mix design of concrete was made for four required densities (1000, 1300,1600,1900 kg/m3), cement content of 350 kg/ m3, and water to cement ratio equal to 0.5. Different tests were performed to determine some properties of product concrete such as density, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength. The results demonstrated the possibility of production foamed concrete with wide range of density and strength. The oven dry density of foamed concrete was in the range of (870-1773 kg/m3) , compressive strength was in the range of (2.95-16.2 Mpa ), and the splitting strength was in the range of (0.32-1.76Mpa).Downloads
