Toward a Socially Active Residential Vicinity in The Contemporary Residential Architecture
Abstract
اتسع النطاق العمراني للعديد من المدن العربية خلال العقود القليلة الماضية، واتسعت معه المناطق السكنية نظراً لتزايد الكثافة السكانية، واتساع النشاط الاقتصادي، إضافة إلى نظام البناء السائد، وتناقص المعروض من الأراضي الصالحة للبناء، وارتفاع ثمنها. كل ذلك أدى إلى انتشار المباني السكنية الطابقية بشكل متقارب ومتلاصق حتى أصبحت نظام البناء السائد والمعتمد دون مراعاة لمتطلبات الإنسان الاجتماعية في تصميم الفراغات الخارجية المحيطة بها، وقد ساعد ذلك في فقدان العلاقات الاجتماعية بين السكان.
من هنا تأتي فرضية البحث بأن نمط تصميم الفراغات المحيطة بالمباني السكنية، وأسلوبها في العمارة المعاصرة دون مراعاة العامل الاجتماعي، يعد من أهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى القصور في الفعالية الاجتماعية لهذه المناطق.
يعتمد في هذا البحث دراسة هذه الفراغات من الناحية الاجتماعية عن طريق استقراء أداء بعض النماذج وتحليلها؛ للتوصل إلى إيجاد علاقة حيوية متفاعلة بين الإنسان، وبيئته السكنية، ومجتمعه ضمن إطار المبنى السكني والفراغات الخارجية المحيطة به.
