تقدير حمولات بيوض ديدان طفيلية في الحمأة الناتجة عن بعض محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في محافظة اللاذقي
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة على ثلاث محطات لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في الساحل السوري منفذة لقرى: الحارة, مرج معيربان, حبيت. جمعت عينات الحمأة الجافة من أحواض تجفيف الحمأة النهائية ، شهرياً، خلال الفترة الممتدة من تشرين الأول 2011 ولغاية أيلول 2012 . اتبعت طرق عالمية مختلفة في عزل بيوض الديدان الطفيلية من الحمأة (التعويم, الترسيب, الترشيح عبر مناخل خاصة).
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة المجهرية للرسابة الناتجة وجود 5 أنواع مختلفة شكلياً من بيوض الديدان الطفيلية، انتمت تصنيفياً إلى خمسة أنواع مختلفة من الديدان الطفيلية، نوعان من الممسودات Nematoda هما: الإسكاريس(الصفر الخراطيني)Ascaris lumbricoides و شعرية الرأس Trichuris trichura، وثلاثة أنواع من الديدان المسطحة (المنبسطة) Platyhelminthes: نوعٌ واحد من صف المثقوبات Trematoda هو منشقة الجسم المانسونية Schistosoma mansoni، والنوعان الآخران من صف الشريطيات Cestoda هما: الشريطية العزلاء Taenia saginata، والعوساء العريضة Diphyllobothrium latum .
سجل متوسط تعداد بيوض الديدان المعزولة من الحمأة الجافة الناتجة من معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في محطات المعالجة الثلاث المدروسة قيماَ متقاربة نسبياً، أكثرها تعداداً في الحمأة الجافة الناتجة من محطة المعالجة في حبيت بمتوسط تعداد 97.16 بيضة/50غ حمأة جافة، يليها محطة مرج معيربان 84.83 بيضة/ 50 غ، ثم محطة الحارة بمتوسط تعداد 75.08 بيضة/50غ حمأة. كذلك فقد أظهرت النتائج أن البيوض المعزولة كانت أكثر تنوعاً في الحمأة الجافة الناتجة من محطة المعالجة في حبيت، الذي بدوره يعد مؤشراً للحالة الصحية للتجمعات السكانية المخدمة من تلك المحطات.
كما أظهرت الدراسة أن بيوض الديدان الطفيلية كانت أكثر تعداداً وتنوعاً في فصلي الصيف والخريف من فصلي الشتاء والربيع.
