الاختيار الأمثل لطول شوط المكبس في أنظمة تعبئة السوائل
Abstract
في أنظمة تعبئة السوائل غير القابلة للانضغاط التي تستخدم مكبس ترددي ضمن اسطوانة و مقاد بأسطوانة هوائية هناك العديد من البارامترات التي لها تأثير على هذه الأنظمة وأداء عملها ومن هذه البارامترات طول شوط المكبس. تم في هذا البحث تبيان تأثير شوط المكبس على سرعة المكبس وعلاقته مع بعض البارامترات الأخرى خلال شوط التعبئة, بهدف الوصول لطول شوط المكبس الأمثل المستخدم في أنظمة تعبئة السوائل. في البداية تم إيجاد العلاقة النظرية بين طول شوط و سرعة المكبس وبقية البارامترات, ومن ثم تم تصميم وتنفيذ منصة للاختبار و ركبت عليها كافة أدوات القياس وأجهزة التحكم والتسجيل اللازمة للبحث، وتم إجراء التجارب المناسبة وأخذت القياسات المتعلقة, ثم بعد ذلك تم رسم المنحنيات البيانية المطلوبة. بينت النتائج أنه في أنظمة تعبئة السوائل توجد مجالات مثالية لقيمة طول شوط المكبس In liquid filling systems using a cylinder with a reciprocating piston driven by pneumatic cylinder, In the filling stroke there are a lot of parameters affecting these systems and their performances ,one of these parameters is a piston stroke length. In this paper the influences of a piston stroke length and their parameters on the velocity of the piston has been studied in order to reach the optimum piston stroke length. First the mathematical module of velocity of the piston and the length of the stroke and other parameters is extracted, then experiments are done using a special testing stand equipped by all control and measuring tools. All reading data are converted into graphs. The results show that In liquid filling systems there is an ideal value range for the piston stroke length.Downloads
