التقييم الستاتيكي لقميص طرف صناعي سفلي تحت الركبة من النوع(PTB)
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث تركيب أطراف صناعية لأربعة مصابين بالبتر السفلي تحت الركبة متشابهين في حالة البتر واستخدام القميص من النوع PTB ( وتر الرضفة) و استخدام طريقة القوالب الجبصية في تصنيع القميص من أجل تحديد عيوب هذه الطريقة من خلال دراسة خمس عوامل ( إفلات القميص, دوران القميص, التقرحات الجلدية, حرية الثني, أماكن الضغط الزائد ), حيث يرتبط العاملان الأول والثاني بأنظمة تعليق القميص و العوامل الثلاثة المتبقية ترتبط مباشرةً بنظام استناد قميص الطرف الصناعي, تبين أن نظام التعليق المطبق الناتج عن الضغظ و الإقفال في المنطقة الوحشية العلوية مناسب ولا يوجد فيه أي مشاكل في الافلات و الدوران كما تبين أن توزع الضغط بين القميص والجذمور هو المشكلة الأساسية عند استخدام الطرف ومن أهم ما يترتب عن التوزع غير الملائم للضغط الكثير من التقرحات الجلدية وعدم الراحة عند الإستخدام .
Four sockets had been manufacturing In this research With the lower amputation below the knee, using of the PTB)Patella tendon bearing( socket, and the use of the gypsum form in the socket production to identify the disadvantages of this method by studying five factors (drop socket, socket rotation, skin ulcers, The first and second factors associated with the socket suspension systems and the three remaining factors are directly related to the system of the prosthesis of the industrial side socket. The suspension system resulting from the compression and closure in the upper lateral area is suitable and there are no problems of drop and rotation. Pressure Between the socket and the limb is the main problem when using the prosthetic and the most important consequence of the distribution of inappropriate pressure a lot of skin ulcers and discomfort when used
