تحسين أداء المجفف الحراري لتبغ الفرجينيا بالطاقة الشمسية نظرياً وتطبيقياً
Abstract
تمت دراسة أنموذج المجفف الشمسي الموجود في مركز أبحاث التبغ في جب حسن- مدينة اللاذقية، وذلك في شهر آب من عام 2004, الذي يعتمد في عمله على الهواء الساخن المرسل من الخزان الصخري عبر مجاري هوائية إلى داخل المجفف، بالإضافة إلى مصدر طاقة كهربائية مساعد في التسخين، ومع ذلك لم يعمل بالفعالية المطلوبة لذا تم اختياره لإجراء التعديلات التي يمكن بها تحسين الأداء الحراري للمجفف ورفع مردوده، حيث تم استبدال منظومة المجاري الهوائية المعتمدة بنظام تدوير الهواء الساخن عن طريق الحمل القسري باستخدام المراوح لتوزيع متجانس للهواء الساخن، لتحقيق تجفيف متجانس لمحصول تبغ الفرجينيا الأمريكي، والحصول على مردود حراري جيد وهو 63.6% لعملية التجفيف وتوفير في كمية الوقود بنسبة 40%، وتم استخدام برنامج للحاسوب لحساب متغيرات نظام التجفيف الحرارية.
This paper studies of solar dryer design in the research tobacco center in Geb Hasan, Lattakia, Syria, in August 2004. The dryer works with ducts system for sending hot air from the rocky storage tank into the drying chamber with electrical energy source. The performance of this design of dryer was not good enough. So many things had been done to improve the performance, replacing the ducts system with force convection recirculation of hot air system that uses fans. As a result the heat efficiency of drying decreases to 63.6%, and the amount of using a fuel is reduced to 40% less, and a computer program is devised to calculate the parameters.
