حساب الفيضانات الأعظمية في نهر مرقية
Abstract
تهدد الفيضانات الغزيرة المناطق المجاورة لمجاري الأنهار، والسهول الفيضية، الواقعة ضمن مناطق انتشارها، وتخلِّفُ دماراً كبيراً، من الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعمرانية.
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الفيضانات الأعظمية لنهر مرقية، باحتمالات مختلفة، قبل التقائه برافده وادي الحمال، وبعده من أجل تنظيم مجرى النهر بحيث يمكنه استيعاب هذه التدفقات، وبالتالي حماية المناطق المجاورة من الغرق. وبسبب عدم توفر قياسات للتدفقات، فقد تمَّ استخدام المعادلة المنطقية لحساب هذه التدفقات، وذلك اعتماداً على معطيات الهطل المطري لثماني محطات رصد جوي منتشرة ضمن محيط حوضه الساكب وخارجه.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ التدفقات الأعظمية التي يمكن أن تتكرر خلال فترات زمنية مختلفة، هي كبيرة جداً، وخاصةً بعد التقاء النهر مع رافده وادي الحمال، وبما أنَّ المجرى الطبيعي للنهر لايمكنه استيعاب هذه التدفقات، لذلك لابد من تنظيم هذا المجرى، بحيث يمكنه استيعاب هذه التدفقات باحتمالاتها المختلفة، من أجل حماية الممتلكات العامة والخاصة والمواطنين القاطنين في جواره .
Heavy floods threaten nearby areas of riverbeds, outpour plains in their spreading areas, and cause destruction economically and socially. This study tries to determine the maximum floods of Markia river in different possibilities, before and after meeting with its tributary (Wadi Al-Hamal). Because of inability to find the measure of flows, the rational method is used to account these flows. This can be done depending on results of rainfall for eight weather stations, which are spread in and out of surrounding of watershed.
The study concludes that the maximum floods which can be repeated during different periods of watching are very big, especially after the meeting between the river and its tributary (Wadi Al-Hamal). It also concludes that the present river cannot contain all these flows. So, it is necessary to arrange the river bed in a good way to contain all those flows in all their different possibilities in order to protect nearby citizens as well as private and public property.
