تقسية وتمتين الفولاذ العامل في درجات حرارة عالية
Abstract
إن المعالجات الحرارية تستخدم على أجزاء الآلات للحصول على مواصفات ميكانيكية جيدة. ولقد ركز هذا البحث على الفولاذ St 37 و St 52 المستخدم في صناعة أجزاء سلسلة نقل الخبز المعرضة إلى إجهادات قص وضغط. ولرفع كفاءة سلسلة نقل الخبز فقد كان لابد من إجراء بعض المعالجات الحرارية على عينات من هذين النوعين من الفولاذ بغية تحسين الخواص الميكانيكية لتقاوم الاحتكاك والشد والصدم.
وبعد دراسة نتائج التجارب والاختبارات تم تحديد نوع المعالجة الحرارية لكل عنصر من عناصر السلسلة بحيث يتلاءَم مع نوع الإجهاد المعرض له.
The heat treatment is used in order to obtain high quality of machine parts that are widely used in the bread making chains in furnaces at high temperatures and for long times.
Stresses exist during the work of the machine parts, mainly shear stress, and compressive stress. Some heat treatments methodare applied to specimen from of steel St 52 and St 37 to determine the different chain parts.
