تأثير نسبة مادة التدعيم (حبيبات الكربون) في معامل الاحتكاك وآلية التآكل في مركبات بلاستيك الإيبوكسي في ظروف الانزلاق الجاف
Abstract
يدرس المقال تأثير مادة التدعيم (حبيبات كربون) في معامل الاحتكاك والتآكل باستخدام حجوم مختلفة للحبيبات لتحسين مقاومة التآكل لمركبات بلاستيك الإيبوكسي في ظروف الاحتكاك الجاف.
لقد تم تحضير العينات على شكل محامل بسيطة من مركبات إيبوكسي/كربون، ثم إجراء التجارب والاختبارات عليها للحصول على قيم منخفضة لمعامل الاحتكاك، ونسبة التآكل بتغيير الحمل المطبق وزمن الاختبار.
أظهرت التجارب أن نسبة التآكل تزداد تحت تأثير كل الظروف بزيادة الحمل المطبق واستمرار زمن الاختبار، لكن بزيادة نسبة الكربون في هذه المركبات تزداد نسبة التآكل تحت تأثير الحمل نفسه وخلال الزمن نفسه، وذلك نتيجة لزيادة مقاومة التآكل للمادة الساسية (الإيبوكسي).
من جهة أخرى، أظهرت التجارب أنّ معامل الاحتكاك يزداد فقط تحت تأثير زمن الانزلاق وذلك خلال الفترة الأولى من الاختبار، ثم يتناقص تدريجياً حتى يبلغ قيمة منخفضة جداً مع زيادة نيبة حبيبات الكربون في المادة الأساسية.
The paper discusses the effect of particulate additions on the friction and wear of different sizes of carbon particles reinforced epoxy resin composites. Particles of carbon were mixed with epoxy resin. Bushing samples were prepared with varying carbon contents and grain sizes. Tests were performed on bushing samples to obtain the friction and wear for the composites with varying loads and sliding times. It was found that carbon has a significant impact on the wear and friction properties of epoxy resin. The wear rate increases with load and time. As the amount of carbon in the composite increases, its value increases irrespective of the applied load and time, due to the increase of wear resistance in matrix material. However, friction increases only with sliding time but decreases with the increase of carbon particles irrespective of time.
