منهجية تحليل الإشارات الصوتية- الارتجاجية الصادرة عن المحركات البحرية
Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث مسألة قياس الإشارات الصوتية والارتجاجية الصادرة عن المحركات البحرية، حيث تمت الإشارة في البحث إلى أن حل مسائل التشخيص الارتجاجي لمحركات الديزل البحرية يتطلب إعداد نموذج مكافئ للآلة المدروسة، بحيث يمكن من خلال هذا النموذج تحديد العلاقة بين الخصائص التصميمية للمحرك(العقد المتحركة وقطع المحرك) وبين خصائص ومواصفات الإشارات الصوتية-الارتجاجية الصادرة عن المحرك، كما تم التأكد من أن العملية الاهتزازية الجارية في محركات الديزل تملك طبيعة محلية ثابتة، ولتقييمها يمكن اعتماد تابع الكثافة الطيفية للاستطاعة الموافق للحالة المستقرة. الطريقة المعتمدة في هذا البحث تعتمد على تحويل الإشارات الصوتية التشابهية إلى إشارات رقمية ترددية استناداً إلى تحويلات سلاسل فورييه Fourier. في نهاية البحث تم عرض النتائج التجريبية لمعالجة الإشارات الصوتية الارتجاجية الصادرة عن بعض نماذج محركات الديزل البحرية.
This study deals with the problem of vibro-acoustic measurement characteristic of marine diesel engines. It is noted that a solution to the problems of vibro-diagnosis of a diesel engine requires preparing an equivalent model of the machine under investigation in order to establish a relationship between the structural parameters of the engine (units or details of the engine) and the characteristics of vibro signals. It is concluded that vibrating processes in a diesel engine have a local, stationary property, whose evaluation can be made by using the function of spectral density of power in the static state. The technique used in this study is that of the transformation analog time vibro signals into frequency digital ones on the basis of algorithm of fast transformation. Finally, results of experiments and the technique of processing vibro-acousticl signals of diesel engines are submitted.
