استخدام فلوريد الكربون للتقليل من الاحتكاك والتآكل في القطع الميكانيكية المتحركة
Abstract
إن سلوك الاحتكاك والتآكل للقطع المتحركة آلياً معقد إذ يعتمد على تركيبها ودرجة الحرارة وسرعة التردد والضغط ويشكل أهم خواص السطح تجاه السطح المقابل. ومن المعروف أن معامل الاحتكاك في حالة الاحتكاك الجاف تعتمد إلى درجة كبيرة على ضغط التماس وسرعة الانزلاق وشكل الأسطح الموجودة وتكرار دورات الإنزلاق وعلى المواد المتوفرة وتوزع درجة الحرارة إلخ.....
إنّ فلوريد الكربون من نوع CFx يمكن استخدامه في عمليات الاحتكاك كمواد مزلقة صلبة فهو مؤلف من الكربون والذي هوعبارة عن مادة مؤلفة من صفائح ولديه الإمكانية بأن تتوضع بين صفائحه أنواعاً من العناصر مثل الفلور وأنّ التفاعل بين هذين العنصرين يعطينا فلوريد الكربون.
نقصد بالمادة المزلقة الصلبة تلك التي تقوم بانقاص درجة الاحتكاك أو التآكل بين أجزاء ميكانيكية قوية.
لذلك قمنا باختبار هذه المادة CFx على الاحتكاك والرطوبة وعلى جهاز لقياس معامل الإحتكاك لها وكذلك على جهاز لتحديد التآكل بوجود هذه المادة الجديدة وتمّ تحديد الكثير من المواصفات والمعاملات لهذا المركب.
The friction and wear conduct of automotive brake linings is complex and depends on their structure, temperature, rubbing speed, pressure, and most importantly the characteristics of the counter surface. Moreover, it is known that the coefficient of friction in the dry friction case considerably depends on the contact pressure, sliding velocity, size and shape of surfaces, repeated sliding cycles, available materials, temperature distribution, etc…. [Graphite] Fluoride CFx can be used in friction cases as a solid lubricant. It consists of Graphite gas and Fluoride, a substance comprised of seams, prone to have some components of fluoride stuck amid these seams. The outcome of the interaction involving these two components is Carbon Fluoride.
The solid lubricant indicates a substance reducing friction rate or wear of efficient mechanical parts. The current researcher has, therefore, tested CFx in terms of fiction and humidity, using friction and wear tester. Many parameters and characteristics of this compound have been determined.
