تقييم جودة إنتاج السلعة البيتونية في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
يُعدُّ البيتون مادة غير متجانسة يدخل في تركيبها بشكل أساسي البحص والرمل والإسمنت و الماء و أحياناً بعض الإضافات، و تُنتج إما في مواقع العمل، أو في المجابل المركزية. يؤثر غياب الرقابة الفعالة على الإنتاج سلباً على جودة البيتون, و غالباً ما تختلف مواصفات البيتون المنتج في مراكز إنتاج البيتون الجاهز، و في مواقع الصب في المشاريع الهندسية عن المواصفات التصميمية النظرية.
قمنا في هذا البحث بتسليط الضوء على واقع إنتاج البيتون في محافظة اللاذقية من خلال دراسة حالتي الإنتاج في مراكز إنتاج البيتون الجاهز (المجابل المركزية)، و في مواقع العمل (الجبالات نصف الآلية). تم ذلك من خلال إجراء مقارنة لمواصفات عينات من البيتون المنتج في كلا الموقعين مع مواصفات عينات نموذجية تم تحضيرها مخبرياً باستخدام الإحضارات نفسها وبتصميم مثالي يُراعي متطلبات البيتون المراد إنتاجه.
تُعطي مؤشرات الجودة للمنتج البيتوني التي تم حسابها لكلا حالتي الإنتاج من خلال دراسة المواصفات الميكانيكية والفيزيائية له قيمٌ متدنية للبيتون المنتج في مواقع العمل، مقارنة مع مثيلاتها المنتجة في المجابل المركزية التي اختلفت من مجبل لآخر و انخفضت بدورها بحسب واقع الإنتاج الذي تم رصده لكل حالة.
قدمنا في النهاية بعض المقترحات التي تهدف إلى رفع قيم هذه المؤشرات من خلال دراسة الظواهر السلبية و آلية تأثيرها على مؤشرات الجودة.
Le béton est un matériau hétérogène constitué d'une squelette inerte et d'un liant hydraulique. il est produit soit dans les centrales de béton, soit dans les chantiers de construction. Le béton produit est souvent d'une qualité inférieure à celle du béton produit au laboratoire. Un calcul de l'indicateur de qualité du béton produit a été fait, en considérant béton idéal celui confectionné au laboratoire.
Les résultats obtenus sur une échantillon d'étude composée de six centrales de béton et six chantiers ont montré une différence remarquable de valeur de l'indicateur de qualité. Cette valeur varie de 0.68 jusqu'à 0.94 pour les centrales, et de 0.31 jusqu'à 0.58 pour les chantiers, cela montre une perte très importante de qualité sur les chantiers.
L'analyse des résultats met en valeur l'influence des point faibles de fabrication sur les valeurs de l'indicateur de qualité du béton produit.
