نمذجة ومحاكاة المبادلات الحرارية الأنبوبية باستخدام طرق العناصر المنتهية
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث إيجاد مخططي توزع السرعة وهبوط الضغط حول حزمة الأنابيب في المبادل الحراري الأنبوبي باستخدام طرق العناصر المنتهية, كما تمت نمذجة ومحاكاة كل من معامل انتقال الحرارة الإجمالي, الاستطاعة الحرارية, توزع السرعة وهبوط الضغط للمبادل الحراري الأنبوبي بوصفه تابعاً لعدد صفائح التوجيه الموزعة على طول المبادل وكتابع لارتفاع الجزء المقتطع من صفيحة التوجيه, حيث تم تحديد القيم المثلى لتلك البارامترات التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة النقل الحراري بين المائعين في المبادل الحراري من جهة وفي تخفيض قيم هبوط الضغط لكلا المائعين من جهة أخرى.
In this research, the velocity distribution and pressure drop were determined around tube bundles in the shell-and-tube heat exchanger by using finite elements methods. The mean heat transfer coefficient, thermal performance, velocity distribution and pressure drop in shell-and-tube heat exchangers with segmental baffles were investigated and visualized for different baffle cuts and different baffle numbers. The optimum values of parameters (baffle cuts, baffle numbers), which are very important for increasing the heat transfer and decreasing the pressure drop, were obtained.
