تحليل بنية التركيبة الآلية الكامية باستخدام معيار تقييد الحركة
Abstract
يتضمن البحث دراسة تفصيلية حول استخدام معيار تقييد الحركة في إجراء تحليل بنية التركيبة الآلية،و بالأخص الكامية، وتم وضع أسس لإجراء هذا التحليل، وبُين في هذا البحث أن تحليل بنية الآليات يهدف إلى تحديد الارتباطات الزائدة بهدف تحديد الازدواجات التي تحتاج إلى تصنيع دقيق لتأمين تصميم ميكانيزمات تُؤدي المهمة المطلوبة منها؛ وتمنع هذه الازدواجات من حدوث التشوهات في حدود الآليات نتيجة الأحمال الإضافية المفاجئة، كذلك تم تأكيد وجود الارتباطات الزائدة في التركيبات والآليات المستوية فقط. وفي ختام البحث تم تطبيق نتائج الدراسة على آليات تُستخدم في صيانة الخطوط الحديدية.
This paper includes a wide study about using limit movement criteria in analyzing mechanism structure, particularly the cam. The fundamentals have been arranged to do this analysis; it is proved that the analysis of machine structure aims at defining the extra connections for defining the fits which need precise manufacturing to arrange the design of mechanisms that achieves the required task, and these fits prevent machine distortions due to sudden extra loads; also, it has been ensured that the extra connection exists only in surface compounds and machines. At the end of this paperm the study results have been applied on the machines used in the maintenance of railways.
