دعم اتخاذ القرار لإدارة معدات التشييد باستخدام التنقيب عن البيانات (دراسة حالة الشركة العامة للمشاريع المائية)
Abstract
إن تطبيق تقنيات التنقيب عن البيانات من أجل دعم اتخاذ القرار لإدارة معدات التشييد في شركات البناء والتشييد سيقلل من الأخطاء في اتخاذ القرارات اللازمة؛ ومن الاعتماد على الخبرة البشرية التي تحتاج إلى سنوات عديدة لتكوينها.
يقدم هذا البحث أداة فعالة من أجل الاكتشاف المعرفي، ثم صنع القرارات الإستراتيجية في شركات التشييد عن طريق التنقيب عن بيانات معدات التشييد باستخدام خوارزميات السلاسل الزمنية من أجل التنبؤ المستقبلي بالأعطال، أو الجاهزية، أو الإنتاجية خلال الأشهر أو السنوات القادمة، وهذا يساعد مديري المعدات في شركات التشييد على اتخاذ قراراتهم في إدارة المعدات بفعالية أكبر.
تم عرض دراسة حالة لإحدى شركات التشييد في القطاع العام السوري (الشركة العامة للمشاريع المائية)، وأظهرت النتائج مؤشرات رقمية تم التنبؤ بها انطلاقاً من بيانات واقعية مجمعة خلال ست سنوات أعطت تقييماً للمعدات، ووفرت الدعم لاتخاذ القرارات اللازمة في إدارة المعدات في الشركة.
Utilizing Data Mining techniques to support decision-making for construction equipment management in construction companies will reduce the mistakes in decision-making and will also reduce the dependence on human experience.
This paper presents an effective tool for knowledge discovery and making strategic decisions in the construction companies through construction equipment data mining using Time Series algorithms to predict failures, availability or productivity during the coming months or years, which helps equipment managers to make efficient decisions for managing construction equipments in their construction companies.
A case study has been presented for one of construction companies (The General Company for Water Projects) in the Syrian Public Sector. Results show numeral indicators which have predicted from collected data
during six years, these indicators evaluate the equipments and support needed decisions for managing them.
