التصميم بمساعدة الكومبيوتر وإيجاد البارامترات المثلى لمخفض علبة سرعة دودي ـ أسطواني
Abstract
ترفع منظومة الـ CAD (التصميم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر) من جودة ,ودقة المشاريع, تختصر زمن التصميم ، تخفض من حجم العمل اللازم لتحضير التصميم وكلفته.
وتتمثل جودة التصميم في مضمون الدراسة : (من دقة وغيرها ) هذا من جهة ، والمظهر الخارجي : (كالصياغة والرسومات) من جهة أخرى.
ويعود الفضل في الحالة الأولى إلى استخدام الطرق الحسابية الحديثة كحل مسائل إيجاد القيم المثلى في التصميم وإمكانية تطبيق الطرق الحديثة لحسابات المتانة (المبنية على أساس استخدام طرق رياضية معقدة), تحسن من المواصفات التقنية ,والاقتصادية للآلات المصممة كتخفيض أبعاد وحجم الآلة ،و تخفيض كمية المواد المعدنية المستخدمة ،و زيادة عمر الآلة …………… الخ.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إيجاد التصميم الأمثل لبارا مترات مخفض سرعة دودي -أسطواني في إطار منظومة ال CAD.
The unit (CAD), designing, increases the accuracy and goodness, while it reduces the required size work, and costs of the designed projects. it could be connected with the design accuracy, its goodness and the external appearance (such as drawing and dyeing), and due to the new mathematical calculation methods used as a solution for that ideal designed problems and applicability of the enduringness to improve the economical and technical specification of designed machines (such as reduction in size and age) .
Our present project aims to find the optimum designing parameters of the Worm – Cylinder – Speed box in the field of CAD – System.
