دراسة مقارنة لقوى الاحتكاك السكوني الناتجة عن أربعة أنواعٍ مختلفة من طرق الربط خلال مرحلة الرصف والتسوية
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة قيم الاحتكاك السكوني الناتجة عن أربع طرقٍ مختلفة لربط السلك التقويمي إلى الحاصرة التقويميّة.
تكّونت عيّنة البحث من (20) حاصرة معدنيّة تقليديّة الربط (Mini Master, American Orthodontics)،(10) حاصرات ذاتيّة الربط من النوع النشط (Active SL) (Active Empower, American Orthodontics)، (10) حاصرات ذاتيّة الربط من النوع الحيادي (Passive SL) (Passive Orthodontics, American Orthodontics)، (10) حلقات ربط مطّاطيّة تقليديّة (CEL) غير ملوّنة (Unistick-Ligatures, American Orthodontics)، (10) حلقات ربط مطّاطيّة غير تقليديّة (UCEL) غير ملوّنة (Slide©, Leone)، و(40) سلك مستقيممن النيكل تيتانيومقياس (0.018 inch) (American Orthodontics)، تمّ قياس قيم الاحتكاك السكوني باستخدام جهاز اختبار الشد (Zweigle F 427).
أظهرت النتائج أنّ قيم الاحتكاك السكوني للربط المطّاطي التقليدي كانت أكبر بدلالة إحصائيّة هامّة من الأشكال الأخرى للربط (P<0.05)، بينما لم تكن الفروقات بين أنواع الربط الأخرى (Active SL, Passive SL, UCEL) ذات دلالةٍ هامّةٍ من الناحية الإحصائيّة (P>0.05).
This study aimed to compare the static friction forces of four different types of ligating the orthodontic wire to the bracket.
(20) Conventional metal brackets (Mini-Master, American Orthodontics), (10) active self-ligation brackets (Active SL) (Active Empower, American Orthodontics), (10) passive self-ligation brackets (Passive SL) (Passive Empower, American Orthodontics), (10) conventional elastomeric ligature (CEL) (Unistick-Ligatures, American Orthodontics), (10) unconventional elastomeric ligature (UCEL)(Slide©, Leone, Italy) and (40) nickel titanium wires (0.018-in)(American Orthodontics). The static friction forces were measured by the (Zweigle F 427) machine.
The results showed that conventional elastomeric ligature has produced a statistically significant larger static friction forces than the three other types (P<0.05), while the differences between the three other types (UCEL, Active SL, Passive SL) were not statistically significant (P>0.05).
