دراسة العلاقة بين الصدوع المينائية وقيم قوى القص ومشعر ARI عند نزع الحاصرات الخزفية بمساعدة ليزر (Er:YAG)
Abstract
The objective of the present study is to evaluate the relationship between shear bond strength and enamel cracks and adhesive remnant index (ARI) during Er:YAG laser aided debonding of ceramic brackets.Materials and methods:: sample of the study consisted of 50 upper first premolar extracted for orthodontic reasons to which ceramic brackets)Orthonet-France MBT 0,22 ( were attached using (Light Bond ®, Heliosit Ivoclarvivadent). The sample randomly divided into 2 equal groups , The ER:YAG was applied for 5 seconds using the scanning method on one of these groups using the( KaVo KEY LASER III 1243)device. Later, all the specimens were debonded and tested on a testing machine (Tecnotest) in Tishreen University
After de-bonding of the brackets, tungsten carbide bur was used to remove adhesive remnant in all the specimens , examination the buccal surface of all specimens to evaluate enamel cracks caused by removing of the adhesive remnant post debonding of ceramic bracketsStatistical calculations were conducted for research using a program(SPSS version 13.0). Results: there were no statistically significant relationship between shear bond strength and enamel cracks and ARI index during Er:YAG laser aided debonding of ceramic brackets. Conclusion: Enamel cracks in the form of tooth surface during debonding of ceramic brackets are related to several factors.not just on the instrument used to deboned brackets.تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم العلاقة بين الصدوع المينائية و قيم قوى الارتباط المقاومة للقص ومشعر بقايا اللاصق المتبقيARI عند نزع الحاصرات الخزفية عند استخدام ليزر (Er:YAG). ،
المواد والطرق : تتألف عينة البحث من 50 ضاحاً تم قلعه لأسباب تقويمية وتم إلصاق حاصرات خزفية
( Orthonet-France MBT 0,22 ) باستخدام راتنج ضوئي التصلب (Light Bond ®, Heliosit Ivoclarvivadent) .
قسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين متساويتيين عشوائياً ، تم تطبيق أشعة الليزر على إحدى المجموعتين بعد إلصاق الحاصرات بواسطة جهاز ( KaVo KEY LASER III 1243 ) لمدة 5ثواني ، ومن ثم نزعت جميع العينات بواسطة جهاز الاختبار الميكانيكي Tecnotest في كلية الهندسة المدنية- جامعة تشرين .
ومن ثم أزيلت البقايا باستخدام سنبلة تنغستسن كاربايد لجميع العينات ومن ثم فحصت السطوح الدهليزية للأسنان بحثاً عن الصدوع المتشكلة عن إزالة بقايا اللاصق بعد نزع الحاصرات الخزفية تم إجراء الحسابات الإحصائية للبحث باستخدام برنامج ( SPSS الإصدار 13.0). النتائج : لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قيم مقدار قوة القص SBS (بالنيوتن) وكل من درجة مشعر الصدوع ومشعر ARI عند نزع الحاصرات الخزفية بعد استخدام ليزر Er:YAG . الاستنتاج : ترتبط الصدوع المينائية المتشكلة على سطح السن عند نزع الحاصرات الخزفية بعدة عوامل وليس فقط بطريقة نزع الحاصرات.
