ورم وعائي في العضلة اللامية اللسانية: تسجيل حالة
Abstract
الأورام الوعائية الحميدة هي الأكثر شيوعاً من بين أورام النسيج الضام الرخو السليمة، و تحصل جلّها بتواتر كبير في الجلد و المخاطيات، و لكنها نادرة في العضلات الهيكلية، من بين الصعوبات الحاصلة في أثناء التعاطي مع هذه الأورام التشخيص ما قبل العمل الجراحي و صعوبات الاستئصال الكامل، و خاصة الظاهرة في عضلات العنق و الوجه، مما لا يسمح بمجال واسع لتفادي نكسها. قد تم دراسة سريريه جراحية و تشريحية مرضية لحالة ورم وعائي داخل عضلة لامية لسانية عند شابة عمرها 25 سنة، حيث أدى عدم التشخيص المؤكد قبل العمل الجراحي إلى التضحية بغدة لعابية سليمة. لذلك يجب الفحص السريري الدقيق و التصوير بالرنين المغناطيسي قبل العمل الجراحي، استخدام تقنية الخزعة الجمدية أثناء العمل الجراحي، لأجل الاختيار الأمثل للعمل الجراحي. The benign vascular tumors are the most common of benign soft tissue neoplasms, majority of them appears in the skin and mucosa, but they are rare in the skeletal muscles, the difficulties during the management of these tumors are pre-operative diagnosis and completely remove the lesion, especially those neoplasms arising in the face and neck. These difficulties not allow wide range to prevent the recurrence. It has done clinical surgical histopathological studying for girl 25 years old, she has intramuscular hemangioma of the mylohyoid muscle, it should done accurate clinical examination and (MRI) before the operation, and used frozen section technique during the operation, for the best result of the ideal surgical procedure.Downloads
